1939 Indian Chief, 99900 miles

1939 Indian Chief builder project has mixed year, original, and reproduction parts and needs to be restored.
Engine has later heads and cylinders, unmolested 1939 numbers, title to match, and doesn't run.
Frame looks like 1936 and has non matching 1939 numbers. Check out the photos and ask any questions.
