Description
I am listing this for a friend who passed aways daughter. I can verify very little of this story but it goes like this. My friend lived in Houston and was quite the Indian Collector. He bought this Scout somewhere over in South Texas. The story he got was that it was a big base that was raced out of Skinny Pierces dealership in San Antonio. I have found out through a knowable source that the case number was shipped to Milt Lassiter in Milwaukee wi. It has a Dick Gross oil pump set up and have been told by a few people that there was probably a connection as Gross was from Wi. Anyway. My friend sent the bike to me to go through. I had the motor built by Kelly George in Des Monies Iowa. And did the chassis myself. We put the Bobby Hill paint scheme on it as it was built as a dirt tracker and could be put back on the track. You would need to make a few mods but nothing serious. If you are into racing Scouts then you know Kellys rep. He can make them go fast. I may be able to help with delivery. I will give a bill of sale.
