New Pirelli tires, 1000SP cast wheels -bronze/gold powder coated, New bearings/ seal both wheels, Front 300 mm full floating discs new, New twin F08 with Venhill braided new lines, 16 mm Brembo coffin master cyl new, Tapered roller bearings new, Modified triple tree – removed mounts for stock bars, Tomaselli adjustable clip ons 8 way adjustable, 850 T swingarm and rear drive/ rear drive rebuilt by Moe at Cycle Garden with disc brake conversion, Braided brake line, F08 caliper. Instrumentation / Lighting – New 7” Euro (driving light) headlight bucket with Halogen bulb – has both high and low beams. GPS speedo - no other gauges or warning lights. New wiring sub-harness is installed ( Greg Bender – harness ) and ready to accept your stock gauges and controls if that is your desire – none of the original switches or gauges are included. Turn signals and horn all function.
Body work – Original LM 1 steel tank. Flip top filler cap – part used components – new chrome – works as designed and it is pretty. Gulf livery – Gulf blue, orange ( matte ) with dark blue stripes – all paint. Graphics are vinyl Homage to Pedro Rodriguez. Custom triangular tool boxes. All steel /created from the original 850 T boxes – both have hinges & keyed locks – Fuse panel resides in LH box. Replica Ducati 900 SS seat – Quality fiber glass from a German source. Extended seat length/has removable hand formed aluminum seat base – fiberglass attaches to base with 4 fasteners. Orange vinyl upholstery - professionally done. Both front and rear fenders are stock 850 T – stainless with stock mounting configuration. Frame 850 T with new, stamped number plate.

High gloss powered coating – Stock 850 T side frame rails. New aluminum rearsets custom application from universal components. Fully functioning and fully adjustable for both shift and brake foot controls. Wiring Full Greg Bender harness to stock specs. Has relays for headlights, horn, starter, etc. Neat and tidy. All sub harness are new Greg Bender as well. You can add any stock 850 T components if you desire more Guzzi stock controls. No compromise of the wiring of this 850 T.
Engine – Ed Millich lightened flywheel, Ace Mallot heads – Port, Polish and flow/ new valves, guides, seats, stock springs New B 10 cam with new lifters. Custom – straight shot aluminum intakes – port matched Stock 850 T carbs – artfully jetted and tuned to this motor by The Guzzi Doctor – Chicago Custom exhaust pipes – Ed Millich exhaust collars – two to one collector under engine sump – Short muffler under engine/ trans. Gilardoni cylinders – 850 CC New. All new big and little end bearings, all seals, gaskets etc. Balancing and machine work completed by Performance Engineering – Hudsonville, Mi. Crank – stock journals dia. Polished – about 25k mile engine from memory – Engine assembly by Mike Busch – Final tune by The Guzzi Doctor. All new fasteners and components. Dynatek ignition including coils.
Gearbox – 850 T 5 speed –rebuilt by Charlie Cole of Zydeco racing – subsequent shifting issue corrected by The Guzzi Doctor. Rear drive - 850 T Rebuilt by MOE at Cycle Garden – this is the original round and attractive style drive. All drivetrain cases have been cleaned by Vapor Honing Tech. in North Carolina. Finished are clean and shiny – almost looks like paint.
Suspension – Stock 850 T fork tubes with progressive springs and custom weigh oil. All seals and rubber replaced. 850 T rear swing arm with floating caliper and torque rod that pivots from under swing arm to suspended caliper. Piggy back shocks – new – adjustable for preload only – Marzocchi knock offs Nice handling – you will need to adjust to suit your weight and needs. Misc. CNC aluminum battery tray, Odyssey battery – dry cell. K & S switches for all handle bar controls – Greg Bender supplies adapter harness to stock Guzzi connectors – all plug and play. You can return to standard Guzzi controls if that is your desire - none of the stock switches, wiring or instruments are supplied. Full stainless fasteners from Stainless cycle.
No expense spared on any item. Super strong motor, nice gearbox – traditional Guzzi handling – you either like them or you don't.
