BSA Rocket 3 Mk1 1969 For sale immaculate condition Has original fasteners replated New herringbone oil pipes Engine completely oil tight Only minor points, couple of paint chips on tank from moving around garage with some minor ones to mudguards see Black marks etc.
Bike looks greater in real life, chrome sparkles as does paintwork. Masses of receipts for work carried out on bike including engine rebuild by well-known Triple Specialist too many receipts to mention, all work carried out in its life, but thousands spent.
The previous owner only had carried out 100 miles since rebuild. Rear mudguard support plate offset by about 8mm don't know if this was by a P.O. or was a Factory Mod LOL. You cannot see this when seat is fitted, Just mentioned this to be up front with everyone Very little miles have been put on it in my ownership, but bike pulls strong and is excellent example of a true classic. It Has matching frame and numbers and is one of the early ones produced. I was going to get paint work done and if I had it done would be up there at top prices. I am suddenly losing storage space so this has to go (Only had it a few months). Bike is stored down in Newcastle and can collected from there at my friend's convenience. I live up in Glasgow but delivery can be arranged at cost or can supply name of a good transporter if you want to arrange it yourselves.
