Sunbeam S8 motorcycle Restoration Project Barn Find long term owner

Rescued from a garage in Norton-on-Tees few years ago, this project was sat for at least 40 years that I am aware of. Good news is it comes with old Buff log book and is pretty much mostly all there! hard to find parts are there such as air filter cover, silencer, mudguards etc. The old girl looks worse than she is and in reality the new owner will rip her to bits to refresh and restore i would imagine.
I have guessed the year as I have most of my paperwork boxed up due to house move so bear with me and i will do best to get correct dates etc. next week end
I am selling this and many more projects due to moving home and general down sizing of my herd of classic projects.
