You are welcome to come over to inspect the R50/2. Very strong running and ready for the road. Triple matching 1959 BMW R26 ~ 364016 with clear NJ Title. We got 3 BMW bikes in past summer. This one is most smooth running and strong among of them. We completed full road worthy refresh and put about 150 mile on it., and never once it failed me. It is mechanically perfect as it just left factory yesterday. The bike cold starts with first kick and idling smoothly, and it even start cold with one hand. When running it is dead silent even when clutch is pulled; the comment was given “It ran like a train !” The electronic is clean and BMW factory wired, Final drive gear is sharp not worn, Honest bike with million mile life left in it. If you wondered how a /2 should sound while it idles, this is the textbook example. This bike was stored in Morristown NJ for over 20 years until we found it in the previous owner's garage. It was stored correctly. Thank are original painted with factory pinstriped( with R initial under the tank), inside is clean and with red factory lining. We put on We have gone through the whole bike with our high standard ready for road service, works performed since purchase were as followed: v Serviced drive tran with new transfer disk, silent block and replaced shock with roadworthy shocks. v Changed Oil, transmission fluid and final drive fluid .every season. v Nice period DENFELD Solo seat from Germany v True the Nice factory Alloy rims... v New remake of MAGURA handlebars mirror. v New Bulbs. v Serviced brake shoes, both front and back. v New fuel lines v Cleaned/Re-built carburetors with new gaskets. v Safety checked/re-torqued on every single nuts and bolts on the whole bike. v Re-adjusted front brake setting. Ensured all the wiring/lights functional. v Re-set valve gaps to spec. Re-set ignition timing/gap. v New autobate 6 Volt battery, v New spark plugs. v Serviced horn. v Replaced all fluids (TWICE) (Engine, transmission, driveshaft, and final drive). v Cleaned/lubed all the cables. This bike wears this 50 years old patina paint lost, and paint touch ups, and front and rear fenders are still very solid. The inside of the gas tank is clean with factory red paint still attached. Key/lock for the gas tank storage door, and fully function.

Bike has clear NJ title and CT Bill of Sale ( of over 40 years old motorcycle that's only paperwork what you will get in Connecticut, Sale is final and it is “AS IS”.
