1960 BMW R-Series, Black

Up for sale is my R26 in very good condition. I found it covered and tucked away in a garage when I was looking at a car for sale. I was told the original owner was no longer available to answer any questions. It came with a clean original title on non-op, and black Ca plate. It is now currently registered in Ca until April 2023. The bike was very well maintained and looked to be in the process of a restoration. The mileage on the speedometer is probably incorrect, but judging by the original frame paint it is a low mileage bike. Since I put new tires and tubes on it along with an upgraded electronic voltage regulator, generator brushes and complete wire harness it runs excellent! No leaks, no issues! When changing the tires I see that the wheel bearings, brake shoes, spokes and nipples all looked to be new. Carb was like new inside and appeared to never had gas in it. Tank is very clean, stock fender rack in under the removable passenger seat. Aluminum wheels, shocks and trim are very nice with no scratches, nicks, blems or corrosion. Paint is original on frame, tank and fenders were repainted but have not been pinstriped. Lights and horn work as it should, the r26 models came as shown, no blinkers. This would make a great addition to any collection.
