Tthis bike has been in storage since 2020. It comes with V5c in my name and a dating certificate from Royal Enfield Owners Club confirming the numbers, it is registered Historic and is MOT exempt and it has age related Reg No so non transferable
This machine was a garage find in late 2017 and luckily the garage was dry so condition was solid but very tatty with quite few missing parts and no paper work, so complete strip down and re paint, re wire including DVR 6v, new rims spokes tyres and tubes. silencers and pipes, new single saddle, engine and box were stripped and rebuilt using new bearings, seals and gaskets oil returns ok, 6v dynamo charges and the distributor was rebuilt by Distributor Doctor and it ran okay but with other bikes to ride it I didn't put it on the road until the Summer of 2020, had a few outings but I didn't like it, was just too heavy for a weakling like me, so I put it on SORN and stored it away and now it has to go.
There is a scratch/mark on the petrol tank below and to the left of the Enfield transfer and a few more small marks elsewhere on the bike so please look at all the photos, ran it today for first time since 2020, cleaned carb, points, plugs and fitted a new 6v battery and it started second kick. I have added a poor video of engine running, yes I know it's loud and it does need tuning a bit but at least you can hear it run.
Please be warned this is a big heavy bike and maybe not suitable for the inexperienced classic rider.
