Velocette MAC 1950

1950 MAC rigid, iron engine. Rider's bike restored in the 1990s by son of original owner.
Engine and frame numbers paired in VOC register. Original Sheffield reg (presume recovered?). Dowty forks allegedly rebuilt by Sammy Miller. Powder coated, galvanised rims, cable oilers and good tyres.
12 Volt Boyer ignition, so lights actually work.
Concentric carb. Oil tap. Interesting rear carrier and WD pannier. Nice Veralls saddle. Stainless fasteners throughout.
V5 and host of old tax discs but not much else. Looks proper, a notch or two up from oily rag.
Runs well. Stops eventually. Not been used much this year due to continued ill-health. I feel it should be ridden.
