Description

For sale my beautiful Honda CB750 Racing Type (CB750R / CR750) replica of the 1969 Suzuka 8 hour winning machine. Eight years in the build this features a unique race motor which can be classed as potentially more advanced than "factory" engines of the time or indeed later. The build of this bike uses many custom and one-off parts and many RSC parts or parts specifically machined using modern methods to replicate RSC works parts that they were directly copied off. The build specification is not only unique. it's amazingly high quality. The bike is a fully functional race bike and has done only 24 miles in a parade since being built. Its design is a faithful reproduction of the Hishiki Sumiya 1969 CR750 held in the Honda Motegi museum. As the bike is rarely on display. the colour scheme is almost never seen and I believe this is the only CR750 to replicate that original bike's livery. The build cost with all the special parts and RSC race parts is nearly double the asking price which is why the bike has become known in CR750 circles as the "Million Pound CR750". In the right hands this could win at Daytona. the Classic TT/Manx GP or at club race level anywhere. Will ship anywhere in the world at cost.
