The V5C has a DVLA frame number issued and printed on it, I have tried to get the original put back, but the DVLA will not budge on this, this number is also on the frame under the tank. The original engine and frame numbers are still visible and matching, the buyer will know the frame and engine number are matching, a phone call to DVLA and they will confirm this, and the Vincent owners club registrar knows of it history, I have a dating certificate issued from the Vincent Owner Club. The Motorcycle has an age related number plate which is Tax and MOT Exempt, the original number plate is still out there available for purchase from a private seller, at a very silly price. I have the original Green and Brown registration books from 1950. Any questions please give me a call on 01273 814634.
