This bike is un-restored and in pretty much original condition. we think the condition is very good considering it is 38 odd years old. it does have matching numbers too.. We are not trying to pass this off as concourse or 100% original. it starts. runs and rides really well and as it should. we have checked it over and replaced the petrol taps (just because). Cleaned the brakes and carburettors. changed all the fluids. fitted a new battery and put it through an MOT test having brought it up to specification. we will give a months warranty against the failure of any major components. we won't cover any consumable items or oil leaks though due to the bikes age. bear in mind it may leak some oil. they did. also bear in mind a bike like this and of this age will always require some tinkering which is part of the attraction. again. they always did. we would not advise it as suitable for a daily winter commute. or a thrash down to Spain until you get to know it.. Having said this. check the forums. they are largely very reliable and a joy to own and ride. and. probably a sound investment to boot. £4. 95 p/x welcome
