Velocette LE 200 1957 MK2

For sale is my 1957 Mk 2 Le Velocette, hand start and hand gears. I have owned this bike since 1993 and it has had only 3 registered owners since new.
The bike has remained local in the Bournemouth area and still retained a brass Huxhams of Bournemouth plate on the back, where I presume it was originally suppled. Its original colour was two toned blue and grey, but has now been painted in black Hammerite, not by me but this has most certainly preserved it.
There is 39754 recorded miles on the clock which I cannot guarantee, but having only 3 previous owners and being in my possession for over 30 years, make your own minds up.
Included in the sale are several second hand parts, radiators, engine etc. plus two good condition aluminium heads as the ones fitted have cracked, usual problems with Le's where no antifreeze was added, again not by me.
Also included is some paperwork, instruction books parts book and sales brochures plus Roy Bacons book on Velocette flat twins which has become rare. I have to be realistic that after 30 years, I'm not going to restore it and this will fund other projects. I have had it running years ago and it was going to be a project with me and my dad but unfortunately it's no to be.

One thing I did forget, the license plate was sold before I bought it. DVLA have issued an age related license plate number.
