Classic vintage Norton 500cc motorcycle 1949 year nice unrestored condition

Hello. Welcome to the sale of a classic vintage Norton.
I HAVE A NORTON 500cc motorcycle. selling for my father who no longer requires due to illness. He's owned for 5 yrs. The v5 is present. There is no mot but obviously its a pass through post office counter due to the year which is 1949 or no tax [tax exempt]. The motorcycle itself. well the engine is a sweet runner. no smoking or knocking. All gears work fine along with the clutch. The brakes and lighting work fine along with the suspension [road holders]. The tyres look good. It as the original rear guard. and a good solid rear stand. Old vintage speedometer working fine. Motorcycle engine as been serviced recently. Cleaned the ignition pick up and new plug. Carburetor as been cleaned along with fuel tap. Engine as had new fluids. There is a cut of valve for engine oil [anti sump] a good solid fuel tank with very good paintwork. a nice free revving throttle.
The documentation is a v5c. and a few old mot certificates, no other history or paper work.

REASON WHY ITS A NO IS BECAUSE IN THE PAST I'VE HAD SO MANY TIMEWASTERS THAT COME TO VIEW AND THEN STAND AROUND FOR 2 / 3 HRS CHATTING ABOUT THE "GOOD OLD DAYS" WHEN I'M TRYING MY UTMOST BEST TO GET BACK TO WORK. OR THE POTENTIAL BUYERS THAT ASK "CAN I VIEW?" AND YOU AGREE. TAKE TIME OFF AND THEN THEY DON'T SHOW UP. THE BIKE IS WHAT IT IS. ITS A NORTON 500cc THAT RUNS SWEET AND A DECENT CONDITION FOR A NEAR 70 YR OLD. I'VE NOTHING TO HIDE BY NOT HAVING VIEWING BUT I'VE PLENTY TO LOSE LIKE WAGES. I'M WILLING TO SELL OVERSEAS BUT BUYER MAKES THERE OWN ARRANGEMENTS FOR COURIER.
