Triumph Model W 277cc 1927 Vintage Motorcycle

Selling on behalf of a deceased family member's estate, please see up for sale this 1927 Triumph Model W which has been stored for many years under a collapsed shed.
The engine turns over nicely (once the cam followers were freed off ... cam in excellent condition) and has excellent compression. The three speed gearbox selects all 3 gears without issue. The petrol tank is in excellent condition with no rot and was stored in his garage. The bike is obviously missing its mudguards, levers, petrol and oil cap as well as part of the oil plunger that fits on top of the tank but still retains its' correct carb. The front hub has been changed out at some point (presumably for better braking). The tool box is present as in the photos. I have laid the tank in the frame for photo purposes. The magneto will need looking at as there is no spark and tyres will need replacing as showing signs of cracking. There is no paperwork with the bike and frame number is on headstock but faint.
What you see in the photos is what is included in the sale. If more parts turn up the buyer is welcome to them.
